Setting Up Sensible Attendance

  1. 1. Set Up a Terminal

    • Sign up on this page on your personal device.
    • Choose an existing device (phone, tablet or laptop) or buy a new basic smartphone.
    • Log in to Sensible Attendance on the device and click "Make Office Terminal."
  2. 2. Employees Use

    • Employees clock in/out by typing their first name on the designated device.
  3. 3. Track and Manage

    • View, manage, and organize attendance data effortlessly from any non-terminal device, like your office computer, or your phone.

How does payment work?

After signing up, you’ll be directed to the payment page to select a plan:

  • $99 for 50 employees
  • $199 for 100 employees
  • $299 for 150 employees

You can pay via PayPal, credit, or debit card. After payment, you'll be redirected to the configuration page.

Go to the Settings menu and click Invite Managers. Enter their email, and they will receive an invite to sign up and access all attendance data.

No. When your subscription expires after one year, you will need to renew it manually. We’ll send a reminder one month in advance. We do not store your card details, and neither does PayPal for recurring payments.
